WAN SMOLBAG THEATRE IS A GRASS ROOTS NGO BASED IN VANUATU

We started as a group of 6 volunter actors in 1989 with "One Small Bag" of props.
but now we employ over 100 staff and have a group over over 200 volunteers
We are based in Port Vila But operate all over vanuatu, the south pacific and beyond.

CLASSES FROM OUR YOUTH CENTRE

Every day at the NUTRITION centre youth take part in a cooking class aimed to educate them on the importance of healthy eating. Want to try what they make? Come down Monday to Friday at 12 noon.

 

Down at the SPORTS centre we try to encourage youth to stay active with a wide range of activities. Hockey, futsel, basket ball, swimming, vollyball and lots more..

MEET OUR THEATREGROUPS

With an increasing population and STI's on the rise, it has never been more important to educate people on family planning and sexual health. And that is what we try and do at KAM PUSEM HED (Take a look) our sexual health clinc.

 

Our Environment Team work to educate people about waste management, climate change and how to look after out turtles and reefs.

Vanuatu's first and only TV series,LOVE PATROL is filmed in English and has been aired all over the Pacific region

 

Our Luganvile base is called Northern Care Youth Clinic (NCYC) and has a youth centre and a sexual health clinic
